229phcash reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be ineligible, your account will be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 229phcash Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 229phcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 229phcash immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, 229phcash is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
229phcash accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 229phcash does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to your 229phcash wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure. 229phcash reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the 229phcash Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 229phcash is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 229phcash reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 229phcash.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 229phcash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
229phcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
229phcash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
229phcash is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool or contact our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to create a new account or access the Platform.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security review.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 229phcash, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
